Who We Are

RAMM Productions is a full service digital animation studio with a primary focus on cartoon production. Using the latest technology and very talented and experienced artists RAMM Productions is able to offer quality cartoons at competitive prices in a fraction of the time.

In addition to cartoons, our work includes: special effects, 3-D animation, multimedia design, video production, photo retouching, and proprietary software design. Over our 10 year history we have produced cartoon shorts for television, commercials, 35mm animations for film theaters, record covers, music videos, posters and more. Our clients include Hanna Barbera/Cartoon Network (USA), SONY Music (USA), Canal+/Antena 3 (Spain), Sesame Street, Televisa (Mexico), Canal Uno (Venezuela), as well as many of the advertising agencies in Mexico.

RAMM artists have received many international film and television awards. Collectively they have over 100 hours of work on the "silver screen". With more than 20 years of experience in the field, our job at RAMM has been to find and develop the tools that enable the artists to take advantage of today's technology. In addition to our talented directors, our staff includes graphic designers, computer artists, visual artists, engineers in the fields of TV, communications, cybernetics and sound, musical composers, animators, inbetweeners and a very large group of freelance artists.

Our technology includes SGI's computers, powerful Windows NT workstations, an Oxberry camera stand, scanning equipment from Hewlett Packard and Ricoh, high resolution scaning cameras, digital VTR's and audio decks, non-lineal editing system, 16+ track digital sound, audio synchronization using SMPTE/EBU time code. We can produce for all television systems, NTSC, PAL, SECAM as well as 35 mm film.

Our development of proprietary software enables RAMM Productions to increase productivity and reduce costs. As beta testers for various commercial software companies including Microsoft, Softimage, and JVC, RAMM is able to help develop the software and firmware in order to meet our client needs.
